Nisha Aggarwal as the heroine, was launched on October 10 at Hotel Park in Hyderabad. Music is by Chakri.

Kajal Aggarwal released the audio CD by presenting it to producer K.K. Radha Mohan. Allari Naresh, Posani Krishna Murali, M.L. Kumar Chowdary, Sashank, Tanish, Nani, Bhaskara Bhatla, Seetaram, Chakri, Nisha Agarwal, Vennela Kishore, Kausalya, Samudra, Kodi Ramakrishna and others graced the audio launch.

"Today is a very special day for me since my sister is going to be introduced to the silver screen through this film. I offer my best wishes to my sister, the director, producer Chakri and the entire team," Kajal said. Emaindi Eevela is produced by K.K. Radha Mohan of Sri Satya Sai Arts, which also produced Jagapathi Babu’s Adinetha. The makers are taking efforts to release the film on October 22.
